Is CLASSE INN SUBIC BAY fully open?
We are currently in our Preview Opening period. Selected rooms are available while additional rooms and facilities continue to be prepared for our full opening.
Will there be construction work during my stay?
Some areas may still be under preparation. You may occasionally see daytime renovation work or contractors in certain areas of the property.
Does the hotel have an elevator?
No. CLASSE INN SUBIC BAY does not have an elevator. If you require a lower-floor room or need assistance with luggage, please let us know before arrival.

What room types are available?
Selected Ground Floor Rooms and 3F Loft Rooms are available during our Preview Opening period. Please check our Rooms page for the current room guide.
Are extra guests allowed?
Extra guests may be accepted depending on room type, occupancy, and availability. Additional charges may apply. Please confirm with us before arrival.
Is breakfast included?
No. Breakfast is not included. CLASSE INN SUBIC BAY does not have an in-house restaurant. A restaurant adjacent to the hotel may serve breakfast, and there are cafés and restaurants nearby.
Is CLASSE INN pet-friendly?
Not yet. Pet-Friendly Rooms are planned as part of our future full opening, but they are not currently available during the Preview Opening period.

Is the lounge open 24 hours?
Yes. Guests can access the lounge 24 hours a day during their stay, subject to hotel rules and quiet use during late hours.
Is the gym open 24 hours?
Yes. Guests can access the mini gym 24 hours a day. Please use the facility safely and respect other guests.
What is the Japanese-style amenity bar?
Guests can choose only the amenities they need. This Japanese-inspired style helps reduce unnecessary waste while keeping the stay comfortable and practical.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Wi-Fi is available for hotel guests. Connection speed may vary depending on location, device, and network conditions.

Yes. CLASSE INN SUBIC BAY is a cashless hotel. We accept supported cashless payment methods such as credit card, GCash, bank transfer, and other available options.
Do you accept cash?
No. As a cashless hotel, we do not handle cash payments at the property. Please prepare a supported cashless payment method before arrival.

Yes. Parking is available, but spaces may be limited during the Preview Opening period. If you are arriving by car, please inform us in advance.
